Tim Mulhall has a diverse real estate background which has included functions in both debt and equity roles with concentrations in real estate originations, underwriting, acquisitions, asset management and financial analysis. In his lending capacity he has worked at local community Banks, regional Banks as well as super regional national lending institutions. In all these roles he has gained deep relationships with lender colleagues as well as borrower contacts. These relationships along with a thorough insider’s perspective of Bank’s processes, appetite and culture will allow for efficient execution.
